Recently, I began tinkering with sounds to see how they help me throughout my days and throughout my healing. I left 528 hZ music playing in every area of my home (thank you, Sonos!) for about a month and felt the shift in my heart. I felt my heart open up. I have found myself with more compassion for others. It was a really beautiful discovery: that music can aid my healing. Finally something that doesn’t require something from me!
After sharing what happened for me with a client, he began tinkering with sound too. He came back a month after our convo and turned me on to 40 hZ. Said it had him super focused. Ya girl tried it and OMG, he was right. I have been able to sit still and complete tasks without distractions something quite serious. It’s so effective that if I don’t turn it off before about 5 of 6 PM, it’ll mess up my sleep. Too focused to sleep, I suppose.
Anyway, if you’d like to tinker with sound and things, try 528 hZ for healing and 40 hZ for concentration. And let us know if you have found sound to be healing, and which hZ you recommend for what, and also let us know if you think this is all placebo/BS. We like a good dialogue!
